Copper Rain Emotional Support is a registered sole proprietorship in the Province of Nova Scotia.

2. Scope of Service

I provide peer support, sincere listening, and system navigation assistance based on lived experience and professional background in structured medical environments.

• Peer-to-Peer Only: I am a peer supporter, not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, or clinical therapist.
• No Clinical Care: My services do not include clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency crisis intervention.
• Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that peer support is a collaborative process and you remain responsible for your own health decisions and well-being.

3. Governing Law

These terms and all services provided are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is a priority. We collect only the information necessary to facilitate your sessions (such as name and email).

 * Privacy Officer: In compliance with Canadian privacy laws, Kayla Doucet is the designated Privacy Officer and Recognized Agent for Copper Rain Emotional Support.
